Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS)

  • This is where active employees access performance appraisals, SF-50s, request employment verification, and serves as an information dashboard to guide the employee to correct external sites in regard to benefits and personal data changes.
  • Supervisors use for accessing employee data, updating employee telework eligibility status and performance management.
