Ceremonial Band


The standard repertoire of this traditional military ceremonial unit comprised of around 25 musicians includes well-known marches and patriotic music. The Ceremonial Band is perfect for community festivals, dedications and opening ceremonies.

For Performance, the Ceremonial Band requires:

  • 20’ x 20’ clean, dry, level and stable area for performance (Navy Band Great Lakes will not perform in inclement weather or in standing water due to safety concerns for our personnel and potential damage to U.S. government equipment)
  • Twenty-three chairs (without arms)
  • Close proximity parking/unloading for:
    • - Three 15-passenger vans
  • Script of ceremony
  • Map / directions to site
  • Changing rooms: male and female (public restrooms are not permitted as changing rooms)
