Staff Information

All staff checking onboard Surface Combat Systems Taining Command (SCSTC) San Diego, located off of Harbor Drive, will check in at the quarterdeck, located in Building 11.

Personnel arriving for instructor orders to SCSTC San Diego located on the U.S. 3d Fleet base will also check in at the quarterdeck at SCSTC San Diego.

If you are driving, ensure your vehicle is properly registered, and be able to provide proof of registration and insurance.

For driving directions, please check the internet.  If that is not available, use Harbor Drive north from the airport - we are the first base on the left.

If you are flying, the base is located less than a mile from the airport. There is a USO located outside terminal 2 and they can assist in the coordination of travel to the base for military personnel.

Those checking in from Instructor Training School must check into SCSTC San Diego the same day as graduation. (i.e. graduate on 12 Jan, check in at SCSTC 12 Jan). Failure to check in promptly may result in lost leave time.

Contact the SCSTC San Diego quarterdeck if additional assistance is required (619) 524-1689.
