Mr. Alan D. Reynolds

Mr. Alan Reynolds began his federal career serving on active duty for the U.S. Air Force from 1984 until retirement in 2006.  He served in many leadership positions throughout the world as well as deploying multiple times to Saudi Arabia during the first Gulf War and Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. 
 
Following his retirement from the Air Force, Reynolds began his federal civilian career with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in 2006.  After five years with DLA, Reynolds transitioned to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to lead the staffing and classification efforts for DHS Headquarters and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. 
 
Reynolds transitioned to the U.S. Navy in early 2016, where he has served as Human Resources (HR) director for the U.S. Pacific Fleet Human Resources Office, Hawaii and his current position as the Naval Education and Training Command HR director.
