Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) hosted Cryptologic Technician Technical (CTT) rating representatives from commands around the globe to review their rating’s occupational standards on Corry Station, from Dec. 4 - 8, 2023
Capt. Chris Bryant, commanding officer, CIWT, asked Cryptologic Technician Technical (CTT) rating representatives at the occupational standards review to take back what they learned during the review process, and be an advocate to their commands to ensure that they send their best Sailors from each rating to attend future occupational standards reviews, as those who attend set the standard for their rating moving into the future.

Nutritious and tasty meals are vital to keeping up the overall health, well-being and operational effectiveness of the crew onboard ships and ashore. Students from the Navy Supply Corps School’s Alpha and Bravo Companies were treated to a field trip on Friday, Nov. 17, at Ney Hall Galley onboard Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island, to learn from the best. Ms. Janet Lamb, the Galley's Food Service Officer, drew on her extensive Navy background and shared valuable insights and expertise with the students, offering advice on how to effectively manage and streamline a galley while keeping costs in check.

During a tour of IWTC Corry Station, U.S. Coast Guard Rear Adm. Joseph Buzzella, director of exercises and training, U.S. Cyber Command, got a chance to speak with cyber students taking the Marine Corps Cyber Operations Readiness Curriculum (MCCORC) course. One of the points he shared with the students was that U.S. Cyber Command Commander Gen. Paul Nakasone’s number one priority was readiness.
