Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) AEGIS Training and Readiness Center (ATRC) is located at Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, Virginia.

Mission

Our mission is to provide enlisted personnel with the knowledge, ability, and skill to operate, maintain and employ the AEGIS Combat System through specialized and integrated training delivered across the Sailors' careers. Provide officers the tactical and technical skills required to operate, employ, and assess the readiness of the AEGIS combat systems at surface sites and aboard surface warships.
