Commander Anthony Beaster

Cmdr. Anthony Beaster, a native of Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, entered the Navy through Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, Florida, in 2001. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse, graduated from Capella University with a Master of Science in Human Resources – Capital Management and is certified as a professional in Human Resources.

His afloat tours include aboard USS Cole (DDG 67), USS Seattle (AOE 3), and USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). 

Beaster’s ashore tours include Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, Navy Recruiting District Minneapolis, U.S. Navy Recruiting Command, Southwest Regional Maintenance Center San Diego, and U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command Headquarters.

He reported as executive officer of Training Support Center Great Lakes in October 2020.

Beaster’s awards include the Meritorious Service Medal (three awards), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (two awards), and other unit and service medals and ribbons.
