NDSTC Navy Student Information

The following uniforms and equipment are required for all students:
 

 

Upon arrival at Northwest Florida Beaches Int’l Airport (ECP)

1. Take shuttle to Naval Support Activity Panama City, or

2. Call NDSTC for duty driver (Arrange for transport at least 72 hours in advance if you plan to utilize the duty driver).

Upon arrival at Naval Support Activity Panama City

1. Immediately check-in at NDSTC quarterdeck (orders will be stamped).

2. Check-in at the Gateway Inns & Suites Naval Support Activity Panama City (student barracks).

3. If you arrive on a weekend you must check-in with Student Control the following Monday if your course of instruction does not begin on the same day.

Indoctrination (Day 1)

1. Arrive in the appropriate Dress uniform (blues or whites) at 0600.

2. Proceed to the assigned classroom (posted on the quarterdeck).

3. Stand-by for uniform inspection.

4. Further instruction will be provided upon completion of uniform inspection.
 

MILPERSMAN 1220-102 SELF-CONTAINED UNDERWATER BREATHING APPARATUS (SCUBA) DIVER PROGRAM

MILPERSMAN 1220-200 EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL (EOD) RATING
 

a. The WINTER period runs DECEMBER through APRIL.

b. The SUMMER period runs MAY through NOVEMBER. OFFICERS/CPOs and ENLISTED Uniform of the Day: NWU

1) Seasonal service dress uniform is required for graduation ceremony for all hands.

2) White cotton t-shirts and athletic running shoes are required for PT. (2 pairs recommended)

3) Personnel must report with and maintain a full sea bag.

4) Women must bring sturdy, comfortable, one-piece swim suits that will not slip off or shift during rigorous exercise. Sports brassieres are highly recommended.
 

Leave will not be granted to students except during authorized holiday leave periods or when an actual emergency has been verified by the Red Cross.
 

Automobiles are permitted on board if the owner possesses a valid driver's license, proof of ownership, title, and compulsory automobile insurance. Parking is limited at the Barracks grounds. Student parking is restricted to the barracks parking lot only. (NDSTCINST 5560.1Series) Violation of parking policy could result in the loss of parking privileges and/or NJP.
