PANTICOSA, Spain (Feb. 5, 2020) Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technicians, from Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 8 (EODMU 8), assigned to Navy Expeditionary Combat Force Europe-Africa/Task Force (CTF) 68, conduct in-water safety checks as part of annual bi-lateral altitude and ice dive training in the Pyrenees Mountains with dives from the Spanish Navy Center for Diving (Centro de Buceo de la Armada, CBA) February 5. The Center for EOD and Diving (CENEODDIVE), located at Naval Support Activity Panama City, Florida, provides oversight and control of the career progression of Navy EOD technicians and divers.

The primary function of the CENEODDIVE is to support innovative human performance solutions that meet the needs of the fleet, by identifying and implementing the most efficient methods of training and delivery for Sailors in the domain, while ensuring advancement opportunities and requisite competency levels for all personnel are maintained.
