Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering (CSFE) Detachment Fort Leonard Wood, in partnership with the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) and all branches of the military, executes apprentice-level training to new equipment operators and engineering aids on multiple variants of heavy equipment and construction project support skills, along with the administrative support to naval personnel attending journeyman-level training, ensuring the most confident and adaptable Seabees are ready to support combatant and component commanders worldwide.

Navy representative to the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE); provide administrative support to all Navy personnel; train confident and adaptable equipment operators, engineering aids, and mobile utilities support equipment technicians that are ready to support combatant and/or component commanders across full spectrum of military operations.
