Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering (CSFE) Detachment Fort Leonard Wood, in partnership with the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) and all branches of the military, executes apprentice-level training to new equipment operators and engineering aids on multiple variants of heavy equipment and construction project support skills, along with the administrative support to naval personnel attending journeyman-level training, ensuring the most confident and adaptable Seabees are ready to support combatant and component commanders worldwide.
 Mission
Create disciplined, resilient, physically fit, entry-level trained Equipment Operators and Engineering Aides and skilled Mobile Utilities Support Equipment Technician Seabees who are ready to support the fleet while serving as the Navy’s principle representative to the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
