A: If you are an authorized user with a Common Access Card (CAC), additional questions are located in My Navy Portal at under “Support” and “FAQs.” Just select the appropriate boxes, such as “Education” and “Training, Education, Qualifications” to narrow the questions down.

Q: Where do I find information on Chiefs Mess Training, Enlisted Leader Development (ELD), and the Division Officer Leadership Course (DIVOLC)?

A: These are courses offered by the Naval Leadership and Ethics Center: Chiefs Mess Training is a non-resident course designed for delivery at the local command level and provide tools and resources to ensure leadership and management success. Enlisted Leader Development (ELD) courses are intensely interactive and are facilitated by a cadre of instructors trained and certified by the Naval Leadership and Ethics Center. They are designed to be delivered in a learning environment close to the waterfront or flight line, bringing the training to the Sailor on the deckplates.Division Officer Leadership Course (DIVOLC) provides junior officers the necessary tools to develop a strong character and function as effective front line leaders at the division officer level. The DIVOLC provides a core curriculum of character development, communication and cognitive skills for the first three days, followed by two days of community-generated case studies and materials.
