Lapse in Appropriations: The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Sept. 30, 2025.
Military personnel will continue in normal duty status, without pay, until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT) Detachment Camp Pendleton is located at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California.

Mission

The Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training mission is to develop, deliver, and support aviation training necessary to meet validated fleet requirements through a continuum of professional and personal growth for Sailors and Marines.

Reporting

Permanent personnel should check in during normal working hours and report to the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT) in Building 2220 in the 22 Area. Contact the CNATT Detachment Camp Pendleton SDO at 760-763-8400 with any questions.

Students checking in during normal working hours report to the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT) in Building 2220 in the 22 Area. Student personnel checking in after normal working hours report to the barrack's manager in Barracks 22206.
