Captain Sarah Sherwood

Commanding Officer, Center for Information Warfare Training

Capt. Sarah Sherwood, a native of Wilton, Connecticut, graduated in 2001 from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in applied mathematics. She graduated from University of Maryland with a Master of Business Administration in international finance, and she is a graduate of the Naval War College's distance Joint Professional Military Education program.

Commander Christopher Dumas

Executive Officer, Center for Information Warfare Training

Cmdr. Christopher Dumas, a native of Hartford, Connecticut, graduated from the University of Connecticut with an associate degree of applied science in horticulture in 2000, Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Arts in history in 2002 and Ashford University with a Master of Business Administration in 2010. He was commissioned an ensign through Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, Florida, on Oct. 31, 2003.

Master Chief Petty Officer Damien Pulvino

Command Master Chief, Center for Information Warfare Training

Master Chief Petty Officer Damien Pulvino, a native of Seattle, enlisted in the Navy in July 1997. After basic training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, Illinois, he completed Radioman “A” School on Naval Station Great Lakes. He reported to Center for Information Warfare Training at Naval Air Station Pensacola’s Corry Station, Florida, as command master chief in September 2024.

Marc Ratkus

Executive Director, Center for Information Warfare Training

Marc Ratkus is a retired cryptologic warfare officer and senior member of the information warfare training community with expertise in signals intelligence, cyberspace, space, information operations and electronic warfare. He has experience in major command leadership positions at all levels of warfare and multiple echelons. His 39-year active-duty Navy career included duty at sea and ashore in the Pacific, European and Middle East theaters. His staff assignments involved integrating non-kinetic warfare capabilities into military plans and operations, policy and strategy development, and resource programming. Ratkus has held key command leadership positions in the information and cryptologic warfare communities.
