Master Chief Avionics Technician Dale L. Trammell, a native of Victorville, California, enlisted in the U.S. Navy in March 1999.  After completing recruit training, he attended Aviation Electronics Technician “A” school in Pensacola, Florida.  He is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 211, Gray) in Newport, Rhode Island.

His sea and shore assignments include Fighter Squadron (VF) 32, Strike Fighter Weapons School Atlantic, Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 213, VFA-115, VFA-37, VFA-31, Strike Fighter Wing Atlantic, VFA-94, and Strike Fighter Wing Pacific.

He began serving as senior enlisted advisor for the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit Lemoore, California in June 2025.

His personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (five awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (seven awards), and various unit, campaign, and service awards.
