Commander Elouise Hurst

Commanding Officer, Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit Norfolk

Cmdr. Elouise Hurst, a native of Marble, Colorado, enlisted in the Navy in 1992 as an aviation structural mechanic and advanced through the ranks to aviation structural mechanic chief. She was commissioned through the Limited Duty Officer Program in 2005. Hurst graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics in 2019.

Commander Mark E. Demaree

Executive Officer, Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit Norfolk

Cmdr. Mark Demaree, a native of Gaylord, Michigan, enlisted in the Navy in 1995 as an aviation structural mechanic (hydraulics) and advanced through the ranks to aviation structural mechanic chief.  He commissioned through the Limited Duty Officer program in 2006.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in organizational management in 2012 from the University of La Verne.

Master Chief Steven J. Gill

Senior Enlisted Leader, Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit Norfolk

Master Chief Petty Officer Steven J. Gill, a native of Georgetown, Guyana, joined the Navy in June 1992 and attended Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois. After successful completion, he stayed in Great Lakes and attended airman apprentice general skills training.
