LIEUTENANT COMMANDER SHANIQUE N. GREEN

Lt. Cmdr. Shanique Green, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, graduated from Georgia State University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She has a master’s in Human Resource Management from Webster University and Manpower Systems Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School. Green received her commission through the Seaman to Admiral (STA-21) Program through the Century-Naval Science Institute as a human resources officer.
 
Her enlisted tours include tactical data coordinator, lead sea combat air controller and strike controller aboard USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76); and lead enlisted production recruiter at Navy Recruiting District Atlanta, where she was meritoriously advanced to operation specialist 1st class.
Her officer assignments include national training inspector and diversity officer at Navy Recruiting Command; N12 deputy at Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT), serving as manning and manpower officer for NAVCENT and U.S. 5th Fleet; N9 department head conducting Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education for Littoral Combat Ship Squadron 2; and flag admin officer department head at Commander, Navy Region Southeast.
She assumed the role as executive officer of Naval Technical Training Center Meridian in September 2023.
 
Green holds a Professional Human Resources certification and a Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer certificate. Her personal awards and decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (four awards), and various campaign, service and unit awards.
