Master Chief Information Systems Technician Terrence L. Ingram, a native of St. Louis, Missouri, graduated from the Gateway Institute of Technology High School in 1993. He enlisted in the Navy in May 1994 and completed basic training in March 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from the American Military University and is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy Class 193, Gray. He is designated a specialist in information, submarine, surface and air warfare.
Ingram’s assignments at sea include USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63); USS George Washington (CVN 73); and USS Makin Island (LHD 8). He also deployed aboard three subsurface combatants.
His notable shore assignments include the Center for Information Dominance, Corry Station, Pensacola, Florida; U.S. Naval Forces Japan; U.S. Pacific Command Joint Intelligence Operations Center; and Navy Personnel Command.
Ingram assumed the role of senior enlisted leader for Information Warfare Training Command San Diego in May 2019.His military decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (two awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (four awards), and various other unit, campaign and service awards.
