Captain Richard L. Walker

Capt. Richard L. Walker, a native of Snellville, Georgia, graduated in XXXX from Lenoir Rhyne University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and earned his commission through Officer Candidate School in 2016.

His assignments include assistance maintenance officer (AAMO) at Marine Attack Squadron (VMA) 223 where he deployed to Sheik Isa Air Base, Bahrain, in support of Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Crisis Response Central Command, Operation Inherent Resolve; 3d Marine Aircraft Wing's fixed-wing class desk officer in charge at Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron (MWHS) 3; and training officer at Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT) Detachment Eglin Air Force Base.

Walker reported to CNATT Detachment Eglin Air Force Base as assistant officer in charge in July 2023.

His personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
