Senior Chief Alejandro Garcia

Senior Chief Construction Electrician Alejandro Garcia, a native of Ojai, California, enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 2004, and after graduating boot camp at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois, he attended Construction Electrician “A” School. He graduated from the Senior Enlisted Academy in January 2023.

His tours include Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, where he completed deployments to Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Operation Cobra Gold, Thailand and various electrical projects in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom; Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering (CSFE) Detachment Fort Belvoir, where he attended the Army Prime Power Production Specialist School; Mobile Utilities Support Equipment (MUSE) critical power technician for Naval Facilities Expeditionary Warfare Center; utilities and energy manager for Camp Lemonier; operations leading chief petty officer for MUSE, where he deployed multiple technicians to support all major fleet operations with critical power production and distribution; NMCB 3, where he served as the Bravo 3 and Delta 5 during a U.S. Indo-Pacific Command deployment.  

Garcia reported to Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering Detachment Sheppard Air Force Base as senior enlisted leader and assistant officer in charge in March 2024.

His decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (two awards), Army Achievement Medal (one award) and various unit and campaign awards.
