Chief Logistics Specialist Noel A. Diazrodriguez

Chief Logistics Specialist Noel Diazrodriguez is a native of Bronx, N.Y. He entered naval service in April of 2007 and attended Storekeeper “A” School in Meridian, Miss. He then reported to Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command. While there, he facilitated in the command’s move from New Orleans, La., to their current location in Norfolk, Va.
He completed his first sea assignment on the USS Curts (FFG-38) out of San Diego, Calif. While onboard, he deployed to the Western Pacific to support counter piracy operations. During his tour, he was assigned to N4 but supported HSL-45 with flight operations and aviation supply support.
After serving on the USS Curts he was then assigned to 1st Naval Construction Division (1NCD) in Port Hueneme, Calif. His tour consisted of one deployment to Okinawa, Japan, in support of Operation Ulchi-Freedom Guardian. Chief Diazrodriguez was later transferred to Navy Expeditionary Combat Command Pacific (NECCPAC) located in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. He held the position of Central Issuing Facility Manager before being promoted to Petty Officer First Class and taking on the job of Supply Management Inspector. During his last year with NECCPAC, he was screened and selected for Recruit Division Commander (RDC) duty.
Chief Diazrodriguez reported to Recruit Training Command (RTC) Great Lakes, Illi., in July of 2016 and completed Navy Instructor Training Course and RDC C-school. His tour at RTC included 8 divisions, 13 months as a Battlestation-21 facilitator and the Leading Petty Officer of the recruit’s barracks known as the USS Triton.
In December 2019 he reported to Maritime Expeditionary Security Group ONE in San Diego, Calif. He completed one deployment to Djibouti, was promoted to Chief Petty Officer and took on the position of N4 LCPO. Chief Diazrodriguez is currently serving at the Navy Supply Corps School as the Reserve Programs Instructor and Senior Enlisted Leader.
His personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (three awards) as well as multiple unit and service awards.
