Command Master Chief Frank C. Queenlacombe

Master Chief Queenlacombe began his Naval career on December 17, 1998, from Bellingham, WA. Following graduation from boot camp, he completed Equipment Operator “A” School at Center for Seabees Facilities and Engineering (CSFE) Detachment Fort Leonard Wood, MO. His first assignment was with Amphibious Construction Battalion ONE in San Diego, CA, where he deployed to Gladstone, Australia, and Chilpo Beach, South Korea.

In December 2001, he reported to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) THREE, Port Hueneme, CA, deploying to Rota, Spain, and Pohang, South Korea. In 2003, he transferred to the CSFE Detachment Fort Leonard Wood, MO, where he served as an instructor and Naval Military Training Instructor (NMTI).

In June 2007, he joined NMCB ONE and served as the lead Quality Control Inspector during deployments to Guam and Ramadi, Iraq, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In 2011, he reported to the 22nd Naval Construction Regiment as the Regimental Embark Officer, deploying to Kandahar, Afghanistan, with Task Force Stethem. He later served at Naval Construction Group TWO as the Small Unit Military Tactics Phase Head in the N75 Department.

In 2014, he returned to NMCB THREE, holding several key billets including Air DET Operations Chief, A3 during the 2015 Okinawa deployment, and Operations Chief and Head Blaster for the forward-deployed detachment to San Clemente Island. From 2017–2021, he served as the Naval Facilities and Engineering Expeditionary Warfare Center INDOPACOM Assistant Operations Officer and Command Operations Chief. Returning to NMCB THREE in 2020, he took on roles including A3, Company LCPO, Detachment OIC, and ABCC-Bravo and Alfa SEA.

Currently, Master Chief Queenlacombe serves as the Command Master Chief at Naval Construction Training Center Port Hueneme.

Master Chief Queenlacombe is qualified as a Seabee Combat Warfare and Expeditionary Warfare Specialist and is a Master Training Specialist. His personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Navy Humanitarian Service Medal, and various unit and campaign awards.
