DOD COOL (https://www.cool.osd.mil/) is a website that connects to the all the services' centralized, web-based hubs that consolidate information from numerous sources at the federal, state and local levels on certifications, licenses, apprenticeships and growth opportunities that correspond with each military occupation and leadership roles. Armed with that information, COOL provides the means for service personnel to learn about and obtain civilian licenses and certifications that are closely aligned with their military occupations.
