NSTC Commander Visits NROTC Maryland Consortium

CATONSVILLE, Md. – Rear Adm. Jennifer Couture, commander, Naval Service Training Command (NSTC), speaks to University of Maryland Consortium (Baltimore County) Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen, during a recent visit to the school here, September 15.
