Did You Know? ELD Requirements

Beginning in CY25, ELD completion is a PREREQUISITE to take the Navy-wide advancement exam for E6 and E7 as well as a REQUIREMENT to be eligible for selection to E8 commencing with the FY26 Selection Board.
