WHEELING, Ill.

WHEELING, Ill. (Feb. 3, 2024) Legalman 1st Class Dionesha Simmons, a recruit division commander at Recruit Training Command (RTC), volunteers at the Navy Junior ROTC Chicagoland Drill Meet, Feb. 3, 2024, at Wheeling High School in Wheeling, Ill.
