PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Oct. 28, 2022) Lt. j.g. Kevin Guo, a U.S. Naval Civil Engineer Corps Officers School (CECOS) Basic Class 273 graduate, is congratulated by Rear Adm. Dean A.
