NEWPORT, R.I. (Nov. 6, 2020) An Officer Development School (ODS) class 21010 student and Senior Chief Electronics Technician Darrick L. Terry, a Recruit Division Commander (RDC) assigned to Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island, conduct a khaki uniform inspection.
