NEWPORT, R.I. (Oct. 21, 2020) Rear Adm. Jamie Sands, commanding officer of Naval Service Training Command, remotely speaks with Officer Development School (ODS) class 21010 students during their restriction of movement (ROM) period during his visit to Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island.
