David Pavlik thanks Sailors for their hard work during his time as commanding officer during a change of command ceremony for Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Heartland at Parkview Field in Ft. Wayne, Ind. Cmdr. Paolo Singh relieved Pavlik as commanding officer of NTAG Heartland. NTAG Heartland's mission is to recruit young men and women into the Navy from the areas of Michigan, Indiana and Northwest Ohio.
