(June 2, 2020) USFF 2019 Shore Sailor of the Year (SOY) Navy Counselor 1st Class Rebecca Beck, of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 106 and a native of Maryville, Tennessee, is presented with a Navy Commendation Medal during the 2019 USFF SOY ceremony at the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training hangar onboard Naval Air Station Oceana.
