NEWPORT, R.I. (Feb. 6, 2020) A student with Officer Development School (ODS) class 20020, at Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN) in Rhode Island, receive orders to prepare the platoon for the khaki uniform inspection, Feb. 6. ODS provides Staff Corps Officers and several Restricted Line designators with training necessary to prepare them to function in their role as newly commissioned naval Officers.
