Pete Garvin, commander, Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), center, and Force Master Chief Matthew Harris, right, cut a cake with former commanders and force master chiefs to celebrate NETC's 50th anniversary following a ceremony at Naval Air Station Pensacola.
