Carey Cash, commanding officer, Naval Chaplaincy School and Center (NCSC), gives the welcoming remarks during a graduation ceremony held in the Chapel of Hope, on Naval Station Newport, R.I., for students assigned to NCSC in the Basic Leadership Course, class 21030, Aug. 4.
