HONOLULU (Aug. 17, 2021) The University of Hawaii Manoa Midshipmen of the Naval Reserve Officers' Training Corps (NROTC) march into the commissioning ceremony. The cohort is the first of the NROTC at the University of Hawaii Manoa. The NROTC program provides new opportunities to college students who are seeking to further their own educational career while also making a difference and serving their country.
