PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Sept. 22, 2021) Ensign Richard Hess, a Civil Engineer Corps (CEC) Officers School Basic Qualification Course student, transfers a grenade launcher from the combat operations center to the defense in-depth training area during a five-day field training exercise (FTX).
