(Sept. 27, 2021) Senior Chief Electronics Technician Michael Lewis, a Recruit Division Commander (RDC) assigned to Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island, fits a garrison cover for an Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 04-22 student during a uniform issue, Sept. 27.
