(Sept. 17, 2021) Senior Chief Machinist’s Mate Joshua Meyer, a Recruit Division Commander assigned to Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island, provides instruction for rendering a salute to an Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 03-22 student during a Navy Working Uniform (NWU) inspection at Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island, Sept. 17, 2021.
