DESRON 22 Performs Change of Command

Capt. Milciades "Tony" Then, commodore, Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 22, speaks during the DESRON 22 change of command ceremony on board the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mitscher (DDG 57). DESRON 22 consists of guided-missile destroyers, including Mitscher, USS Laboon (DDG 58), USS Ramage (DDG 61), and USS Mahan (DDG 72).
