WICHITA FALLS, Texas (Jan. 28, 2022) Senior Chief Construction Electrician Malinda Hernandez, senior enlisted leader for Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering (CSFE) Detachment Sheppard Air Force Base (AFB), discusses scenarios during a destructive behavior “stand down” with students and staff and how they might respond. As part of the Navy’s Culture of Excellence, one of the Navy’s signature behaviors of the 21st century Sailor is to uphold the highest degree of integrity in their professional and personal lives. An aspect of this signature behavior is to reject illegal or destructive behavior and the appearance of such behavior. The stand-down session was an opportunity for CSFE Detachment Sheppard AFB leadership to educate and focus students and staff through training and dialogue.
