Naval Education and Training Command 2022 Spring Offsite

PENSACOLA, Fla. (March 2, 2022) Capt. Steven W. Antcliff, commanding officer, Submarine Learning Center, provides an out-brief presentation from a breakout session on Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) at the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) spring offsite at Naval Air Station Pensacola. RRL is a long-term investment in improving individual Sailor performance and enhancing fleet readiness with three major components that address the when, how and where Sailors are trained. The off-site meeting was an opportunity for NETC/MyNavy HR Force Development domain leadership to discuss a range of priorities and issues spanning across the “street to fleet” mission of recruiting, training and delivering combat-ready warfighters to the fleet.
