Lapse in Appropriations: The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Sept. 30, 2025.
Military personnel will continue in normal duty status, without pay, until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

NETPDC Announces Civilians of the Quarter and Year for 2021

211214-N-YR423-4157 PENSACOLA, Fla. – The Naval Education and Training Professional Development Center (NETPDC) announced Mar. 9 the selection of Mary Floyd as junior civilian of the year for calendar year 2021. Floyd, serves as a management assistant for the Navy Advancement Center, and is responsible for serving as a point of contact for fleet subject matter experts (FSMEs) who travel to NETPDC for Advancement Examination Readiness Reviews.
