Lapse in Appropriations: The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Sept. 30, 2025.
Military personnel will continue in normal duty status, without pay, until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Annual Civil Engineer Corps Architect Community Development Symposium

220420-N-UQ872-1002 PORT HUENEME, Calif. (April 21, 2022) - Patrick Shelby and Robert Harnden, the Naval Civil Engineer Corps Officers School (CECOS) broadcast production team, manage the virtual delivery of the inaugural Annual Civil Engineer Corps Architect Community Development Symposium held on the CECOS campus in Port Hueneme, California April 19-21. The three-day event was held both in-person and virtually, and the CECOS broadcast team were able to reach attendees around the globe, as far as Djibouti, Africa.
