Pete Maculan, commanding officer for Naval Civil Engineer Corps Officers School (CECOS), and CDR James Roche, 7th Naval Construction Regiment chief staff officer, participate in the inaugural Annual Civil Engineer Corps Architect Community Development Symposium held on the CECOS campus in Port Hueneme, California April 19-21. The goal of the symposium included mentorship, strategic communication, and licensure.
