IWTC San Diego Officer Saves Life of Navy Veteran

Lt. Jonathan Hilzinger, an instructor at Information Warfare Training Command (IWTC), San Diego, was awarded a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation medal for non-combat heroism on Mar. 25, 2022, from Capt. Marc Ratkus, commanding officer, Center for Information Warfare Training, for saving the life of a Navy Veteran.
