Lapse in Appropriations: The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Sept. 30, 2025.
Military personnel will continue in normal duty status, without pay, until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

NETPDC Announces Junior and Senior Civilians of the Quarter for First Quarter 2022

PENSACOLA, Fla. - Naval Education and Training Professional Development Center Commanding Officer, Capt. Willie Brisbane, presents Herm Pliego-Flores with a certificate for winning the senior civilian of the quarter (COQ) for first quarter, 2022. Pliego-Flores’ selection was based on his superior performance and selfless dedication to the Navy Advancement Center's (NAC) mission by serving as a key member of the NAC’s Equivalent Exam and Electronic Exam Administration team.
