Clifford Collins Jr., Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) chief of staff, looks at the American flag as a source of inspiration as he speaks during a 9/11 commemoration ceremony held at NETC headquarters at Naval Air Station Pensacola Sept. 9, 2022. Collins was at the Pentagon on 9/11, in a newly renovated office area next to where American Airlines Flight 77 impacted the building.
