NIANTIC, Conn. (Sept. 14, 2022) The U.S. Naval Submarine School, Rotary Club of Niantic, and several local public representatives honored Naval Submarine School staff member Petty Officer 1st Class Gabriel W. Muscella as the service person of the month in a ceremony in Niantic, Connecticut, Sept. 14, 2022. During the ceremony, Muscella was recognized for him many achievements at the submarine school and outside of work and was given multiple awards by local representatives, and a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal by Capt.
