PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Oct. 28, 2022) Lt. Cmdr. Paul Hill, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Civil Engineer Corps Officers School (CECOS) Basic Class 273 is congratulated by Rear Adm. Dean A.
