NSTC Awards THU Reserves

GREAT LAKES, Ill. (September 27, 2022) – Capt. Frank Brown, deputy commander of operations, Naval Service Training Command (NSTC), talks to sailors outside the USS North Caroline Transient Barracks on Naval Station Great Lakes here, Sept. 27.
